Bug fixes:

• After an advance after combat, fleet in ports were not always forced to evacuate the hex.
• La Marseillaise was not always showing up in the available scenarios for a new game.
• Grand Campaign : Italian units should not be producible once Italy has been conquered by the Coalition.
